Partial Staging
Our partial staging option includes key living spaces along with the primary bedroom and bath. This flexible and affordable approach offers just the right amount of style to highlight a home’s layout and give buyers a glimpse into its full potential.

1 | REQUEST A QUOTE
For most properties, we can provide a quick price range to get the ball rolling. Just email or text us the property address, any specific notes or requests, your ideal timeline, and the number of outdoor spaces to stage. We'll respond within 24 hours with pricing.
Prefer to meet in person? We also offer a complimentary walk-through, where we’ll preview the property, take notes, and follow up with a formal proposal by email.
2 | secure your spot
Once you’re ready to move forward, we’ll send over a contract via DocuSign and an invoice through QuickBooks. As soon as both are complete, your staging date is officially reserved.
3 | DESIGN YOUR STAGING
Next, we craft a custom design for your home, selecting furnishings, art, and accessories that reflect the target buyer and overall feel of the space. We pull from our extensive inventory and source new pieces as needed to bring the vision to life.
4 | SET THE STAGE
We move quickly and efficiently to get your home market-ready, because in real estate, we understand there’s no time to waste. Staging installs are typically completed in just one day.
5 | COMMITTED TO THE SALE
We stay aligned as part of your team through the final phases of escrow. We share in the common goal of getting your home sold.
6 | DE-STAGING
When it’s time to remove the staging, our team handles the full pack-up with speed, care, and professionalism. We stay responsive and detail-oriented through the very last step.
